Enhanced Performance and Productivity
Although the focus is on managing Stress, the most significant outcome
of applying the techniques is improvement in performance and productivity
of participants. In their personal and professional lives, they
become efficient at problem solving and learn effective communication.
Assertiveness training alone helps people get in touch with their
feelings and the ability to clearly communicate their “thoughts”
