If your score is:
13 - 26: You have good ability to handle stress, and good functioning
overall. However, if you have scored 4 or 5 on any question, pay
attention to that area of your life.
27 - 51: Moderate ability to handle stress. Problem areas exist.
52 - 65: Poor ability to handle stress, poor functioning in many
areas of life.
NOTE: This
test has not been psycho-metrically validated, which means it cannot
be used for research purposes. However, it is reasonably reliable
in measuring stress.
